Zusammenfassung

MSF OCG in Geneva invites applications for Head of Learning & Development. You will define and implement the L&D strategy, lead a diverse team, and align priorities with operations and HQ to strengthen capability across the organisation.

The role requires university degree in HR/LD, senior leadership experience in international settings, and the ability to manage budgets and partnerships within the MSF movement. Fluency in English and French is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Learning & Development or people development, preferably in a complex international and multicultural environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams and managing significant programmes and resources.
• Experience working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Humanitarian experience, preferably with MSF, is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Strategy and HR Management Team: contribute to HR strategy and transformation, define and steer L&D priorities.
• Learning and Development: identify needs, design and evaluate solutions, promote inclusive learning culture.
• Leadership of the L&D Function: manage budget/resources and ensure effective processes and information.
• MSF Movement and Partnerships: represent OCG in L&D platforms and develop partnerships.
