Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing digital acquisition or fundraising campaigns.
• Experience acquiring donors via digital channels.
• Experience coordinating multiple digital projects and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define the digital acquisition strategy for regular and lead generation.
• Lead end-to-end digital acquisition projects from concept to evaluation.
• Develop and manage lead generation offers and conversion journeys.
• Implement email conversion campaigns and automated donor journeys.
• Define paid media strategies across digital platforms to maximize ROI.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Monitor and optimize performance using data and testing.
• Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams.
