Job summary

Takeda is seeking a senior leader to head HTA, COA, and PED in Global Evidence Generation. You will guide a team of experts to develop, validate, and execute end-to-end COA and PED strategies to support HTA and payer differentiation worldwide.

You will drive strategic decision-making, ensure high-quality evidence generation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to respond to evolving global regulatory requirements and payer expectations.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in evidence generation, HTA, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of study design and health outcomes methods.
• Experience leading teams in a global environment.
• Proven collaboration with health authorities and payers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts in COA, PED, and HTA evidence generation.
• Drive high-quality, fit-for-purpose evidence for global HTA and payer differentiation.
• Shape methods and guidelines through external partnerships and regulatory bodies.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and build capability across the function.
