Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a senior leader to head HTA, COA, and PED in Global Evidence Generation.

You will build and guide a team to develop, validate, and implement clinical outcome assessment endpoints and patient experience data strategies that differentiate Takeda’s assets for HTA and payer evaluations globally. You will drive early strategic decisions, collaborate with regulators, payers, and external partners, and ensure compliant, timely evidence generation to support launches

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in evidence generation, HTA, COA/PED.
• Advanced degree in health outcomes or related field.
• Deep knowledge of study design, HTA guidelines, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven leadership in global teams and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team focused on COA endpoint development, validation, and execution.
• Drive high-quality, fit-for-purpose evidence for HTA and payer evaluations worldwide.
• Guide strategic selection of COA/rater training to support study execution and labeling.
