Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Director-level leader to shape partnerships that transform real-world health data into decision-grade evidence. You will monitor data access requirements, assess partner capabilities, and design models across diverse healthcare systems to enable fair value sharing and long-term collaboration.

You will help advance responsible health AI initiatives by governing data use and supporting evidence generation strategies that connect policy, ecosystem insights, and data needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in business development, partnerships, policy, or related field in health/data/life sciences.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and data ecosystems.
• Experience building trusted relationships across stakeholders.
• Experience designing partnership models with fair value sharing.
• Ability to interpret regulatory and health data access requirements across countries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health data access requirements across regions and identify partnership models and potential partners.
• Design partnership strategies by evaluating technology capabilities and market positions.
• Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships that support policy objectives and data access.
• Build and manage partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide multi-stakeholder collaboration in forums advancing real-world data use.
• Assess opportunities/risks in complex health data environments and recommend actions.
• Provide strategic market and policy insights by monitoring trends and evolving partner needs.
• Support responsible health AI initiatives by identifying data governance requirements.
