Job summary

Roche Rotkreuz seeks a Global Head of Product Lifecycle & Launch Architecture in Diagnostics to drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial and Regulatory. You will lead multi-year strategic planning and establish global design standards to prepare launches and optimize end-to-end supply chain integration.

This role requires a Master's in Life Science/Engineering/Pharmacy and 10+ years of leadership in regulated pharma or diagnostics, with proven ability to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Pharmacy (PhD or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, healthcare or similarly regulated industry.
• Experience across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality & Regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of product development and life cycle management processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational efficiencies through Lean design and cost savings.
• Enforce global design standards and regulatory compliance for launches.
• Focus 60-80% of time on multi-year strategic planning early PLC stages.
• Lead and co-own the Global Supply Chain strategy with governance and processes.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain integration and new product commercialization.
• Negotiate with internal leaders and external partners; present rationales to senior leadership.
