Kraken, part of Payward, seeks a Senior Sales Lead for Custody & Wealth Management to drive go-to-market strategies for regulated custody offerings. You will lead institutional sales, embed wealth solutions, and partner across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding to expand the custody footprint globally.

You will own end-to-end revenue from qualification through onboarding, scaling the global Sales/BD function with an AI-first approach.

Qualificações

• 7+ years building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue orgs in digital asset custody, wealth management, or regulated infra.
• Proven track record closing long-cycle institutional mandates with security, regulatory, and operational diligence at the center.
• Deep understanding of wealth management, custody selection, due diligence, asset segregation, insurance, and multi-custodian mandates.
• Experience structuring custody economics: AUC pricing, minimums, revenue-sharing models, and multi-product agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at C-suite/board level.
• Experience building and leading global Sales and BD teams.
• Proven ability to implement AI-first sales tooling and scalable GTM systems.
• International experience preferred; US/European market knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Grow assets under custody and custody revenue with clear targets and pipeline discipline.
• Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products (vaults, staking).
• Lead revenue across long-cycle enterprise mandates and mid-market clients seeking fast onboarding.
• Own the client lifecycle from qualification to onboarding and expansion into staking and settlement.
• Scale revenue growth in custody/wealth vertical across a global Sales/BD org with AI tooling.
• Establish Payward as default custodian across institutional ecosystem including fund administrators and wealth platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align strategy with regulatory perimeters.
• Expand custody footprint across UK, Europe, US, APAC and other priority markets.
