J.P. Morgan is seeking a Tax Product Manager to lead custody tax product strategy and oversee tax change implementations in Switzerland with EU reach.

You will coordinate with Business leads, Operations and Client teams to manage tax services, ensure regulatory compliance and develop new product features. The role requires strong client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and experience with tax regulations in a cross-border financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to steer process change from requirements to delivery.
• Experience in professional services, finance, or product management.
• Knowledge of Securities Taxation and custodian services.
• Strategic thinking for product strategy and development.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience with European client engagement and tax authority liaison.
• Ability to work independently in country and in a matrix organisation.
• Proven track record in delivering business solutions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage tax change implementations for Swiss and EU markets.
• Manage oversight model to meet local tax regulations and reporting.
• Maintain materials reflecting local law and investor taxation.
• Handle tax information in JPMorgan’s Tax Intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with advisors and industry participants to oversee tax services.
• Engage with industry associations and draft market notes and policies.
• Collaborate with Operations and Corporate Tax on regulatory impacts.
• Define and implement new or enhanced tax product features.
• Support client requests with business assessments and solutions.
