Michael Page is seeking a governance professional in Geneva to coordinate the full lifecycle of Board and Committee meetings and to manage governance documents with precision. Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of governance processes and board procedures.
• Strong drafting and editing skills for minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.
• Experience supporting Boards/Committees in international environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate full lifecycle of Board and Committee meetings, including planning, timelines, approvals, and material distribution.
• Prepare, review, and finalize governance documents, minutes, resolutions, and official correspondence.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Maintain governance records, archives, and document management systems with proper version control.
• Act as a key point of contact for Board members and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate information flow across governance bodies and internal teams.
• Support governance-related procurement, contracting, and admin processes.
• Contribute to governance improvements and digital transformation projects.
• Guide colleagues preparing Board and Committee submissions.
