Job summary

Bucherer AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced finance professional for a temporary Group Finance role from January to August 2027. The role focuses on FP&A, monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting and business partneri ng with leaders to deliver insights.

You will lead Marketing Controlling, assess ROI, manage investments and drive automation across reporting and planning, partnering with cross-functional teams. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven FP&A, Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or Corporate Finance experience.
• Experience within retail, luxury retail or consumer goods is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, marketing controlling and investment analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing activities, management reporting and performance analysis across the Group
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making
• Lead Marketing Controlling activities, including budget planning, spend monitoring, ROI analysis and campaign performance evaluation
• Oversee Investment Controlling through business case assessments, capital expenditure analyses and post-investment reviews
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and planning processes while supporting strategic projects and ad hoc analyses
