BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG, a Swiss life sciences company, seeks a Director FP&A & Reporting to lead global financial planning and analysis. Based in Schönenbuch, you will drive enterprise forecasts, scorecards, and strategic insights across Corporate and Business Units.

You will bring 10+ years in FP&A, strong German/English communication, and hands-on experience with SAP, Jedox, Vena, and planning tools. The role offers a challenging, international finance culture at our Basel-area headquarters.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in finance or accounting with strong strategic planning experience.
• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication.
• 10+ years FP&A/BU Finance experience with analytics and business partnering.

Aufgaben

• Lead consolidation of enterprise operating plans and forecasts.
• Develop and implement performance management framework, KPIs and scorecards.
• Own finance information model and data governance across the business.
• Set targets aligned with group strategy and monitor achievement.
• Provide finance-driven insights including profitability analyses and business cases.
• Oversee budget and forecasting processes.
• Drive finance initiatives including M&A activities and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Corporate and BU leaders and Finance leadership team.

To strengthen our finance organization and drive our strategic business planning, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as:

Director FP&A & Reporting (m/w/d) 100%

Your Role – Strategic. Global. Impactful.

• Responsible for business partnering and the development of the consolidated enterprise operating plans and forecasts
• Leading the development and implementation of performance management framework, scorecards and metrics (KPIs) to assist Corporate and Business Unit managers in achieving annual plan objectives and assessing and measuring key strategies
• Accountable for the information and data model of finance and the business
• Accountable for target setting and securing targets are set in accordance to group strategy
• Supporting the executive leadership with finance driven insights for decision-making incl. profitability analyses, business cases etc.m>
• Accountable for the budget and forecasting process
• Accountable of the team providing support for Corporate and Business Unit management with strategic initiatives and special projects and develops metrics and analyses to build a disciplined approach to measuring return on investment and free cash flow performance
• Involved and driving finance initiatives incl. M&A activities
• Active member of finance leadership team
• Corporate executives and business leaders

• Advanced degree in finance / accounting or equivalent experience
• In-depth understanding of market information
• Understand macroeconomic and econometric information, metrics, indices, driver-based models
• In-depth understanding of the financial planning and analysis process and system/tools
• Strong organizational management experience
• Project management
• 10 + years of professional work experience in FP&A/BU Finance
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Jedox, / Vena MS D365 or MS BC, Planning tools and innovative technologies, including RPA, AI and predictive analytics etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Strong business partnering skills, able to work in teams across the organization
