Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Head of Strategic Finance Projects to reshape global finance operations and connect Finance, IT, and business teams for scalable, cloud-based ERP solutions. You will drive consolidations, strategic initiatives, and real-time insights to empower Finance as a strategic advisor.

You will lead a global team, architect end-to-end project lifecycles, and champion simplification and efficiency while delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading ERP projects, including SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programmes with budget, scope, and stakeholders.
• Experience migrating ERP to cloud or modern platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Establish a robust project management structure for Finance.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of ERP consolidation to a cloud-based solution.
• Coordinate Finance, IT and business teams to align systems with growth goals.
• Deliver on-time, on-budget project outcomes with quality and governance.
