Job summary

Deutsche Bank Private Bank is leading a strategic transformation to harmonize the Avaloq Core Banking platform across Europe and Asia. As Programme Director, you will own end-to-end delivery, governance and risk management for a multi-year transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders, Technology, Operations and external partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large-scale finance technology programmes.
• Proven track record in global wealth and private banking platforms.
• Deep understanding of Avaloq and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic roadmap for Avaloq harmonization Europe-Asia.
• Lead multi-jurisdiction delivery, governance and reporting to executives.
• Drive platform modernization and standardization initiatives.
• Oversee risk, control and regulatory compliance within the programme.
• Manage vendor relationships and global delivery partners.
• Foster talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
