Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation or ERP/large-scale programs.
• Proven success leading global ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience in Shared Services and Global Business Services environments.
• Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments.
• Knowledge of finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO) and drive the Oracle Fusion roadmap.
• Ensure ERP deployment aligns with the Finance Target Operating Model and governance structures.
• Coordinate between Finance, GBS, IT, regional stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and training readiness.
• Measure benefits realization and report KPIs to executives.
