Job summary

SIX is seeking a Head Controlling Financial Information to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic and operational financial decisions. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, planning and month-end close, delivering timely insights and robust management reporting.

You will translate financial data into actionable recommendations, identify risks and opportunities, and advance controlling processes and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or financial management in an international environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication with fluency in English; German is an asset.
• Experience with SAP BI tools, including Analysis for Office and SAP Analytics Cloud, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Financial Information leadership team to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, planning and month-end closing processes with timely insights.
• Deliver management reporting, financial analyses and performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Improve controlling processes, reporting standards and data-driven decision making.
