Job summary

KeyPartners seeks a Head of Finance to lead the finance function for a rapidly growing international client. You will oversee accounting, consolidation, reporting, and drive forecasting and budgeting while building a high-performance finance team.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, strategic thinking, and fluency in English and French, to support growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in finance.
• Leadership and people-management experience.
• Audit experience with a Big Four firm is advantageous.
• CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating tax and legal affairs.
• Experience in an international group with broad financial responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to balance strategic and hands-on approach.
• Excellent command of English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across an international organisation.
• Oversee financial close, consolidation and reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting, analyse variances and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop performance indicators and strengthen profitability and cash flow management.
• Lead and develop the finance team, clarifying responsibilities and supporting professional growth.
• Improve processes, systems and internal controls to support growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with operational teams to inform decisions and anticipate business needs.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks and external advisers.
