Job summary

Tecan in Männedorf, near Zürich, seeks Head of Group Controlling and Financial Planning & Analytics to partner with the CFO and Management Board. You drive planning, performance, and strategic decision support globally, ensuring reliable IFRS reporting and strong governance.

You will lead FP&A, Controlling, and M&A activities, shape planning models, and push automation and analytics across the Group. International industrial environment, leadership required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A, Controlling and finance leadership in an international setting.
• Strong ability to build planning models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Proven track record in strategic decision support and performance management.
