The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee financial integrity and analytical accounting from the field. You will manage resources, risk, compliance, and administrative services across a field office to support humanitarian operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and advising project teams on financial matters, while ensuring ethical standards and sustainable practices in a complex, multicultural context.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial control, analysis or audit.
• Exposure to multicultural environments or overseas assignments.
• Experience in staff supervision and team development.
• Digital proficiency in data analytics and business analytics techniques.

Aufgaben

• Supervises the Finance Department, supporting budgets, forecasts and risk reporting.
• Advises and mentors teams on financial and economic matters for projects.
• Draws up contingency measures to respond to changes in the operating context.
• Ensures compliance with institutional guidelines and mitigates financial risks.
• Interacts with authorities, suppliers, banks and other parties as finance interface.
• Provides reliable forecasts and budget data for management decisions.
• Oversees day-to-day financial management and office premises maintenance.
• Supports risk assessment and mitigation measures in finance and administration.
• Leads sustainability measures with technical departments and HQ.
• Ensures staffing aligns with operational needs.
