Zusammenfassung

UNOPS, Geneva, is seeking an Operations & Finance Specialist to support the GFCR Secretariat’s daily operations, fund management, and financial monitoring. The role covers HR, travel, procurement, reporting, and compliance with UNOPS policies while coordinating with partners and the Administrative Agent.

A strong background in budget control and project support is essential. The position is for one year with extension contingent on performance and funds.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Public Policy, MBA finance, accounting.
• At least five years of relevant experience in operations, financial reporting, or related functions.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Fund operations: coordinate with the Administrative Agent to ensure accurate grant transfers and timely reporting.
• Financial management and reporting: review expenditure reports and consolidate inputs for governance.
• Administrative support: liaise with HR, travel, procurement and other admin processes to ensure smooth operations.
