Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support planning of security operations for HQ events.
• Assist in design and rollout of event security frameworks and operational plans.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, external partners and security providers.
• Oversee planning processes, documentation and administrative follow-up linked to security operations.
• Support on-site security coordination and incident management during events.
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Contribute to the optimisation of security processes across the events portfolio.
