Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director E2E Product Planning to lead the end-to-end supply chain across multiple countries. The role requires guiding NPI planning, demand propagation, and multi-echelon alignment of production and inventory in a fast-moving, global environment.

You will drive IBP processes, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with GPEX/JJT to deploy digital tools for execution monitoring. A Bachelor's is required; MBA and APICS preferred, with 25% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, S&OP/IBP or supply chain.
• Proven experience in supply chain including finance integration and end-to-end visibility.
• Experience leading teams and managing across functions and regions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Define the end-to-end global supply chain configuration and related parameters.
• Lead NPI planning management and ensure demand and net requirements propagation.
• Align constrained E2E production and inventory plans across global nodes.
• Participate in executive IBP processes and lead the DSRM for the portfolio.
• Resolve end-to-end issues and maintain supply continuity for the synthetic platform.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks early, and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Develop governance for communications with regional and global IBP forums.
• Collaborate with GPEX/JJT teams to define digital tools for execution monitoring.
