Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of End-to-End Product Planning for our Zug, Switzerland operations. You will lead global planning across API and formulation sites, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality to optimize the portfolio from lab to life.

You will drive IBP processes, manage risk, and ensure on-time supply for multiple products, partnering with regional teams and external partners in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• APICS or equivalent supply chain certification advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Define the E2E global supply chain configuration and related parameters.
• Lead NPI planning management.
• Drive alignment of constrained E2E production and inventory plans in the monthly planning cycle.
• Participate in executive IBP processes and lead DSRM for the portfolio.
• Resolve E2E issues including allocation management and root cause analyses.
• Ensure ongoing supply continuity across sites and suppliers; align production to forecasted demand.
• Monitor KPIs and drive risk mitigation; maintain stakeholder communications.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and harmonized communications across regions.
