Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of E2E Product Planning to drive global end-to-end supply chain across API, formulation, fill-finish and external manufacturers. You will lead a cross-functional team to optimize planning, inventory, and capacity, coordinating IBP processes and risk management.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain with international leadership experience. A Bachelor’s is required; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics is a plus.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define the E2E global supply chain configuration and related parameters (de-coupling points, replenishment strategies).
• Lead NPI Planning Management and ensure demand & net requirements propagation.
• Align constrained E2E production and inventory plans in the monthly planning cycle using multi-echelon planning.
• Participate in executive IBP processes and lead the DSRM for the portfolio.
• Resolves E2E issues and ensures ongoing supply continuity across sites and suppliers.
