On is seeking a Senior Specialist for New Store Openings and Project Management to drive distributor-led retail launches worldwide from its Zurich base.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Construction and Regions, coordinating timelines, risk assessments and site analysis to ensure premium store openings.

You will travel to new locations and partner with senior leadership to deliver globally scaled results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role managing distributor partners and leading cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial growth mindset with appetite for improvement.
• Deep understanding of Retail and Operational Excellence across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work globally across cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Drive project management for new retail store openings worldwide, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal cross-functional teams and external distributor partners.
• Ensure all elements of store readiness are executed to deliver a premium customer experience from day one.
• Act as single point of contact for the global retail team and senior leadership throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
• Gather, organize and share project learnings with stakeholders.
• Participate in site analysis and support the development of comprehensive project briefs.
