You will build and maintain a robust Enablement framework, coordinate with Digital, PMO and sales teams, and ensure data‑driven growth through disciplined distribution strategy and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is desirable.
• Proven track record in Commercial management roles or similar with project implementations.
• Experience with Distribution Management is highly desirable.
• Project and Change Management experience with stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Execute market research to build the Distribution Landscape assessment and identify growth opportunities.
• Define and deploy sales excellence toolkits for distributors.
• Ensure pricing governance adoption and monitor adherence.
• Enable distributors with digital ordering capabilities and drive adoption.
• Develop insights on global/regional distribution trends to inform commercial strategy.
• Strengthen distributor engagement and training aligned with business goals.
• Develop details of distribution models and optimize interdependencies across channels.
• Support Commercial Intelligence initiatives and SSD data collection with partners.
• Interface with Digital, PMO and other departments to align timelines and resources.
• Analyze global/regional distribution performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
