Sazerac Company is seeking a Global Retail Shopper Project Manager in Luzern to own POS materials for a global brand portfolio. You will coordinate between Marketing, Sales, Procurement, external suppliers, and internal teams to define, design, order, and deliver programs on time and within budget.

The role combines strategic planning, leadership, and operations, with a focus on process improvements, brand standards, and centralized tracking to drive successful retail experiences across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Solid experience in Project Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
• Proven track record delivering complex retail projects with POS materials, displays, promotional items, and merchandising assets.
• Experience working with external agencies, creative teams, production vendors, and procurement functions.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with The Shop, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and smooth execution of retail projects. Act as the central point of contact for retail progress updates.
• Support integration of retail priorities into channel and customer planning.
• Build clear, repeatable processes for tracking retail program from concept through commercialization. Own the cadence of meetings, reports, and reviews related to retail progress. Develop quarterly catalogues, ordering portals, dashboards, scorecards, or trackers that give leadership visibility into progress and gaps.
• Manage outside third-party POS production & fulfillment vendor(s). Define what should be available when. Coordinate with brands & internal agency, sales, procurement, and finance on costs and delivery/execution needs.
• Facilitate post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future programs. Serve as a resource for best practices in program and project management.
• Champion process improvements and brand standards, leveraging collaboration and centralized tracking and dashboards.
• Maintain a master view of the retail project pipeline, identify risks and blockers early, and drive accountability across functions to meet commitments.
