On is seeking a Retail Project Manager to lead the new store opening process for partner-led stores worldwide. You will drive end-to-end project management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth store launches with a premium customer experience from day one.

You will act as the single point of contact for the global retail team and senior leadership, develop project documentation, assess risks, and share learnings with stakeholders, while collaborating across cultures and regions

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with distributor partners or premium retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end store-opening projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead project management for global new store openings across regions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (VM, Marketing, Construction) and external partners.
• Ensure store readiness including training, merchandising, and operations from day one.
