Job summary

Vachook is seeking a strategic head of distribution to scale its partner network and build scalable processes. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the distribution function, deepen relationships with manufacturers, retailers and commercial partners, and ensure alignment with the company’s premium brand.

You will identify new markets, lead negotiations, monitor market trends and KPIs, support pricing and go-to-market initiatives, and lay the groundwork for future hiring as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills across partnerships.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent English, Persian, and German or willingness to develop them.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop Vachook's distribution activities into a scalable business function.
• Strengthen relationships with manufacturers, retailers and commercial partners.
• Lead business discussions, negotiations and commercial agreements with the CEO.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive developments and KPIs.
• Support pricing, positioning, go-to-market and market development initiatives.
• Lay groundwork for future hires and team growth as the distribution department scales.
