Abbott in Allschwil (Basel) is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Advanced Analytics to guide the data-driven transformation across global pharma. You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and business partners to translate complex challenges into impactful analytics solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic analytics leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

5-7 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience within Advanced Analytics, Data Science, AI, Digital, or Data Transformation environments.
Proven track record of leading and delivering Machine Learning and Data Science initiatives.
Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, analytics methodologies, cloud technologies, and end-to-end data ecosystems.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile delivery environments.
Demonstrated success driving organizational change, capability-building, and solution adoption.
Fluent in English; additional languages are assets.
Experience in healthcare/pharma or highly regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Advanced Analytics product portfolio and roadmap in line with EPD priorities.
Identify opportunities where ML/AI can drive business value and measurable outcomes.
Translate business challenges into scalable analytics solutions with measurable impact.
Lead end-to-end problem definition and recommend the best AI/ML approach.
Manage project portfolio, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Drive adoption of analytics solutions through change management and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
