Jobgether SRL is seeking a Global Director – Accounts Payable to lead the worldwide Procure-to-Pay function, ensure robust controls, and align P2P operations across multiple countries. The role drives standardization, automation, and governance while partnering with Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, and Operations.

You will oversee shared services performance, vendor management, and reporting to enable strategic decision-making and scalable processes in a dynamic professional services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 8 years in procurement, AP, P2P, shared services, or finance leadership.
• Global experience managing processes across countries/entities.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations globally.
• Establish and govern global procurement and AP policies and SLAs.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoicing, payment workflows, and T&E integrations.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and post-merger integrations.
