Qualifikationen

• Senior procurement transformation experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay, Spend Analytics, and S2P design.
• Familiarity with procurement tech ecosystems: Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua.

Aufgaben

• Acquire and lead procurement engagements to transform the operating model and tech landscape.
• Design and deliver strategies to improve processes and organizational setup of procurement.
• Support clients in improving procurement SSCs, outsourcing and governance models.
• Advise clients on procurement tech landscapes and digital solutions.
• Steer cross-functional projects within transformation programs.
• Support proposals for new engagements with national and international clients.
• Scout and develop the target market for new opportunities.
• Foster relationships with procurement leaders and build a transformation team.
• Develop and lead a team of procurement experts and coach them toward growth.
