Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is advantageous.
• Proven experience in business excellence, process management, or business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes and enterprise IT environments.

Aufgaben

• Define, standardize, harmonize, and deploy global planning process standards across functions.
• Establish cross-functional governance structures with Process Owners and Process Stewards.
• Lead initiatives to enable process adoption and alignment with business objectives.
• Redesign and enhance the Order Confirmation Engine in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Improve ATP/CTP capabilities and constrained planning models.
• Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and IT for system enhancements and rollout.
