Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in strategy, management consulting, or digital/data leadership in pharma, life sciences, or large-scale tech.
• 8+ years leading or mentoring talent.
• Product or digital background with credibility on digital product strategy, data platforms, and/or AI/ML.
• Experience as a senior strategic partner to C-suite or SVP.
• Strong executive communication; synthesize ambiguity into clear narratives.
• Experience with organizational design or operating-model transformation.
• Experience leading organizational change and capability rollout in complex matrixed environments.
• Ability to navigate political complexity across geographies.

• Lead the enterprise GDDA strategy, mandate, and multi-year capability vision.
• Define global standards across digital products, data, tech, and ways of working.
• Ensure strategic alignment of GDDA initiatives with pharma commercial and enterprise priorities.
• Design and evolve the GDDA operating model, including decision rights and governance.
• Clarify interfaces and boundaries with adjacent organizations for a scalable model.
• Define the prioritization framework and value-aligned investments.
• Establish global vs local operating models and guardrails across markets.
• Develop enterprise digital capability model and workforce strategy.
• Set enterprise standards for digital roles and career paths in collaboration with People & Culture.
• Design change enablement strategies and lead stakeholder readiness.
