Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in strategy, management consulting, or digital/data leadership in pharma, life sciences, or large-scale tech.
• 8+ years leading, coaching or mentoring talent.
• Product or digital background: credible on digital product strategy, data platforms, and AI/ML.
• Senior strategic partner to C-suite or SVP-level.
• Strong executive communication: synthesize ambiguity into clear strategic narratives.
• Experience with organizational design, operating model evaluation, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational change with stakeholder communications and adoption planning.
• Comfortable navigating political complexity across geographies.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and evolution of the enterprise GDDA strategy, including mandate definition and multi-year capability vision.
• Define and evolve scalable global standards across digital products, data, technology, and ways of working.
• Engage in enterprise strategic conversations to represent pharma commercial digital priorities.
• Ensure ongoing strategic alignment of GDDA initiatives with Roche Pharma and enterprise priorities.
• Design and lead change enablement strategies for GDDA-wide initiatives and stakeholder readiness.
• Oversee knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing strategy team.
• Own the digital planning cadence and executive narratives, and coordinate leadership alignment.
