Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or digital leadership in pharma, life sciences, or large-scale tech.
• 8+ years leading, coaching, or mentoring talent.
• Product or digital background with credibility on digital product strategy, data platforms, and/or AI/ML.
• Senior strategic partner to C-suite or SVP-level with executive communication skills.
• Experience in organizational design, operating-model evaluation, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading organizational change, enablement, or transformation programs in complex matrixed environments.
• Comfortable navigating political complexity and stakeholder dynamics across multiple geographies.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and evolution of the enterprise GDDA strategy and multi-year capability vision.
• Define and evolve global standards across digital products, data, technology for consistent adoption.
• Shape the GDDA operating model, governance forums, and product-centric ways of working.
• Own the digital planning cadence and executive narratives to advance GDDA priorities.
• Lead and develop a strategy team of managers and analysts as the organization evolves.
