Roche Basel is seeking an accomplished leader to own the digital, automation, and AI strategy within Technical Regulatory. You will shape a portfolio of digital capabilities, promote data and AI governance, and drive end-to-end value across the regulatory network.

In this role you will mentor a high-performing team, align stakeholders, partner with IT and external vendors, and deliver analytics dashboards that empower faster, more compliant submissions for patients worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with digital transformation and analytics.
• Understanding of regulatory affairs is beneficial.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional change management and strategic execution.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the digital, automation, and AI strategy across Technical Regulatory.
• Translate strategy into actionable tactical plans with milestones and ownership.
• Architect and deploy digital solutions including AI and workflow automation.
• Establish data and AI governance frameworks for compliant data stewardship.
• Partner with IT, RIM, data stewards, and vendors to deliver end-to-end digital capabilities.
• Build advanced analytics and real-time dashboards to track effectiveness.
• Champion change management and training for adoption across the organization.
• Represent department needs in leadership forums and engage with external networks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of strategic digital leads.
