Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in apparel, activewear, lifestyle, wellness, or DTC brands preferred.
• Proven track record of scaling international e-commerce businesses.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, retention, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketing tech ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute global digital growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Drive profitable revenue growth through performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Manage digital growth budgets and optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER and contribution margins.
• Lead paid media across social, search, display, affiliate, and other channels.
• Oversee CRM, retention, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation.
• Drive website performance and conversion rate optimization, including testing and customer journey improvements.
• Build forecasting, attribution, KPI dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with external agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Finance, and Executive teams to support international growth.
