Zusammenfassung

Pflegewegweiser, part of the Entyre Group, is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own Google Ads, Shopping, and Meta campaigns end-to-end. You will manage data-driven optimization, build marketing funnels, and run growth experiments in a fast-moving health-tech scale-up in Switzerland.

You’ll collaborate directly with leadership, drive fast decisions, and translate numbers into action, with German and English at C1 level.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of marketing experience in startup, scale-up, or agency.
• Hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign setup and optimization.
• Data-driven with ability to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Ownership from day one and proactive in building processes.

Aufgaben

• Own paid search, shopping, and Meta campaigns end-to-end.
• Plan, launch, and optimize creatives and ads with internal and external partners.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels across the customer journey.
• Design growth experiments and identify new growth opportunities.
