The role demands strong analytics, project management, and hands-on fluency with AI tools and automation, plus English fluency and Swiss work authorization.

Qualifikationen

• English fluency required for global collaboration.
• 6–10 years in digital, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, or analytics.
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategy without direct authority.

• Market Performance Feedback Loop: develop strategy with franchise partners and lead country reviews.
• Strategic Channel Development: refine channel strategy and pilot initiatives with countries.
• Digital Data & Analytics Collaboration: partner with central Data/BI on definitions and reporting.
• Cross‑Functional Tech Partnership: collaborate with IT, Product, Marketing to drive roadmaps.
• Capability Labs & Best Practice: publish scalable playbooks and insights for EMEA learning library.
• Operating Rhythm & AI‑Enabled Workflows: own weekly performance compilations and automation.
