Roche seeks an experienced leader to serve as a Strategic Partner and Trusted Advisor to the PTDB Leadership Team. You will oversee strategic execution, coordinate with Portfolio, Resource, and Communications teams, and drive a global CoS community to enable faster delivery of game-changing therapies.

The role demands exceptional communication, cross-functional collaboration across time zones, and a strong track record in large-scale pharmaceutical programs.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in pharma/biotech with drug development knowledge.
Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs.
Excellent communication for executive audiences.
Global collaboration across time zones and cultures.

Aufgaben

Serve as Strategic Partner and Trusted Advisor to the PTDB leadership.
Lead the strategic execution and operational oversight for PTDB.
Bridge ecosystem interfaces with Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Communications.
Lead the Global CoS Community across PTD.
Drive strategic communication within PTDB and PTD networks.
Strengthen leadership and community engagement across PTD.
Support executive presentations to articulate results and strategy.
Deliver end-to-end PTDB functional strategy.
