Roche Holding AG in Basel invites a seasoned Corporate Development professional to lead external partnerships and deal execution across therapeutic areas. You will source opportunities, oversee due diligence, and negotiate agreements that strengthen our pipeline.

The role requires a strong track record in pharma/biotech BD&L, cross-functional leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive data-driven decisions while mentoring junior colleagues throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years in pharma/biotech with 3–5 years in BD&L/Corporate Development.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, data science, MBA or law preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead deal evaluation and execution for external partnerships (in-licensing, M&A, collaborations).
• Provide BD project leadership, generate project plans, oversee due diligence and DD reports.
• Source opportunities, analyze landscapes, attend conferences, network with biotech and VC.
