• Configures the E2E Supply Chain (SC)
• Defines inventory de-coupling points and replenishment strategies
• Sets supply chain parameters and ensures implementation
• Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve constraints
• Leads a matrixed team through Monthly Planning Cycle (MPC)
