Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in equity or deferred compensation design and administration.
• Solid grasp of tax and regulatory issues related to deferred compensation (Swiss and international).
• Experience with governance submissions and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end administration of global deferred compensation programmes.
• Prepare governance documentation for Executive Board and Board of Directors.
• Advise employees and executives on award mechanics and tax implications.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and annual disclosures.
• Drive process improvements and digitalisation of platforms like Workday and Equatex/EquatePlus.
