Michael Page is recruiting for an Order Management Specialist in the Rotkreuz area. You will handle international orders, coordinate shipments and invoicing, and maintain customer data, while collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in a similar position, business fluent English and German, and ERP/Excel proficiency. You will work within an international SME and support product registrations across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial/business administration qualification with relevant professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred in an SME environment.
• Business fluency in English and German; Spanish is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel; ERP experience.
• Experience in an international group environment.

Aufgaben

• Process international customer orders via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic channels.
• Coordinate shipment execution and invoicing, monitor partial deliveries and inventory availability.
• Record and resolve customer inquiries; handle complaints and returns.
• Create and maintain customer master data; manage shared email inboxes.
• Coordinate product registrations across Europe to support launches.
• Assist demand planning with production planning for local hubs.
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks and trade marketing orders.
• Maintain digital marketing and CRM platforms; collaborate with other departments.

Job Description

• Receiving, recording, and processing international customer orders via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic channels, leveraging the international order portal.
• Coordinating timely shipment execution and invoicing, while monitoring partial deliveries and inventory availability and manage yearly Price Adjustments communication in collaboration with commercial lead.
• Receiving, processing, and independently resolving customer inquiries.
• Recording and processing of logistical customer complaints and returns.
• Customer account creation and maintenance of customer master data.
• Monitor and manage the shared email in-boxes including coordination with internal stakeholders as required.
• Support in customer-side shortage management in close coordination with Commercial.
• Coordination and ensuring timely product registration across the European region to support product launches.
• Demand Planning - Liaise with production planning on demand for all local hubs.
• Support with ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks.
• Trade marketing support. Management of all POS/GWP related marketing orders and developments together with the Brand Management team
• Maintain digital Marketing and Customer Relationship platforms.
• Close collaboration with other departments to foster an efficient and effective working environment (hands-on approach)

The Successful Applicant

• Completed commercial/business administration qualification (abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre) with relevant professional experience.
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in similar position preferred, ideally in a dynamic SME environment
• Language Skills: English & German needs to be business fluent and Spanish is an advantage
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and responsiveness
• Coordination with other departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including sharing best practices
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel; strong ERP experience (Business Central/Navision is an advantage)
• Experience from an international group and work environment
