Job summary

Sidler SA in Switzerland seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale its international apparel and lifestyle operations from Zurich. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, planning or related leadership roles (preferred).
• Experience in apparel, activewear, lifestyle, or DTC brands is highly preferred.
• Experience managing omnichannel environments combining DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.
• Strong expertise in global supply chain management, demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, sourcing, and logistics.
• Proven ability to build and scale operations within fast-growing international organizations.
• Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, supplier management, manufacturing partnerships, and production planning.
• Develop demand planning and inventory management strategies across channels and markets.
• Drive inventory optimization balancing availability, working capital efficiency, and profitability.
• Oversee logistics, fulfillment, and distribution operations, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
• Build operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and process improvements to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Executive teams to support business growth.
• Lead operational transformation, automation, and scalability initiatives.
