Job summary

ON.com LLC in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a Lead Logistics Procurement Excellence to define and scale our Logistics Procurement CoE. You will drive maturity across the organization, standardize processes, and establish best practices that enable On to scale efficiently.

You will partner with indirect procurement and Finance, IT, and Legal to lead cross-category synergies, implement a best-in-class sourcing toolkit, and manage the KPI dashboard to show value creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement excellence, category management, or project management in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven business case skills.
• Excellent English; additional languages a plus.
• Hands-on with procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the roadmap for Logistics Procurement Excellence and CoE.
• Identify cross-category synergies with other indirect procurement areas (IT, Marketing, Facilities).
• Standardize internal policies, SOPs, and reporting.
• Champion a best-in-class sourcing toolkit and contract management standards.
• Drive digital transformation with Coupa and reporting automation.
• Manage stakeholder meetings across Finance, IT, and Legal to align goals.
• Own the KPI dashboard and provide ad-hoc reporting for leadership.
