Job summary

ON.com LLC in Zurich seeks a Director to operate in the Office of the Co-CEOs. You will be the primary strategic partner, leading organizational architecture, governance, and global initiatives across growth, product, brand, and digital expansion.

You will collaborate with the President, EVPs, and executive team to align priorities, streamline complexity, and drive execution across a fast-growing premium fashion business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years post-graduate experience in strategy roles.
• Direct client-side experience in global premium apparel or luxury fashion.
• Proven governance experience with C-Suite and Board deliverables.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead strategic partner to the Co-CEOs, translating priorities into executable roadmaps.
• Own executive governance, board prep, and global summits with senior leadership.
• Lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives spanning growth, brand, and digital initiatives.
• Manage senior stakeholders and craft executive communications for internal and external forums.
