UBS Group AG in Zurich Opfikon seeks a driven professional to join the UGM COO distribution team, supporting the UGM EMEA Distribution. You will work across global markets products and cross-product sales teams to shape the sales strategy and analytics.

The role emphasizes independent work, AI-enabled transformation, and collaboration with COO and control functions. Strong MS Office proficiency and data synthesis are essential.

Formación

• min. 4 years relevant industry experience (Business Mgmt, COO, business transformation and/or consulting).
• First practical experience in designing / implementing AI driven solutions to enable business.
• Role requires autonomous working and delivering outcomes with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• drive day to day COO BAU activities: business analytics / performance summaries / MI, controls, problem solving, management support
• drive preparation of highly qualitative outputs such as presentations and MI documentation for Senior Management
• support orchestration of AI agenda within COO and platform transformation in sales processes through automation / AI
• maintain robust operating platform front-to-back incl. ownership of key controls and product flows
• support implementations of sales and client strategies with product business area/sales team
• serve as liaison between lines of business and support partners to drive accountability
