Zusammenfassung

SITA Group is seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to own end-to-end management of selected contracts and key customers, across pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. You will interface with internal teams and clients to ensure obligations are met and risks are managed in an international context.

With a Bachelor’s or higher degree in business, finance, or law, you will lead contract negotiations, draft and review documents, and help drive business growth while protecting SITA's contractual

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in leading contract negotiation and execution in a Telecommunication or IT company in an international context.
• Ability to clearly explain legal concepts and to firmly protect SITA contractual interests.
• Strong experience in performing contract review and risk assessment.
• Extensive experience in managing structuring positioning and negotiating complex contracts.

Aufgaben

• Be the main contractual interface to internal and external customers during pre-sales.
• Prepare and approve contract documents and manage customer contracts.
• Support the bid team to meet contractual obligations and risk management.
• Lead post-sales activities including negotiation of changes and documenting contracts.
