Zusammenfassung

SITA is hiring a Change & Technology Head for SFA Finance & Legal Services to drive its transformation program from diagnosis through benefits realization. This role reports to the SFA CFO and collaborates with Finance, Legal, Engineering, IT, and external partners.

You will shape the technology, automation, and AI capabilities needed to build a scalable, increasingly automated operating model and deliver measurable value across Finance & Legal.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in management consulting or corporate transformation roles.
• Structured problem-solving from diagnosis to implementation.
• Led complex cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving delivery across stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes; deep accounting expertise not required.
• Project and stakeholder management with a hands-on approach.
• Practical understanding of digital transformation, automation and AI with business and tech teams.
• Ability to build clear business cases, roadmaps, governance and benefits-tracking.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the SFA FLS transformation roadmap and portfolio, turning strategic aims into executable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end transformation initiatives: diagnose, map, design, build business cases and drive implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate or eliminate low-value manual activities.
• Develop the SFA FLS technology, automation and AI roadmap with functional leaders and tech teams.
• Own and coordinate Finance & Legal technology solutions with Engineering, IT and external providers.
• Translate business needs into clear tech use cases and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Establish transformation governance with visibility on priorities, risks, dependencies and benefits.
• Support operating-model and capability changes, plus M&A integration activities.
